Jewel Wagner

After nearly a decade working in the sports industry, I saw firsthand how often athletes are treated as short-term marketing assets rather than long-term brands with meaningful stories to tell.

I created JW Collective from a desire to approach athlete marketing differently, with more intention, alignment, and care for the person behind the platform.

My background across partnerships, brand strategy, experiential marketing, and athlete-facing work has shaped how I build relationships and identify opportunities that extend beyond the game.

Based in Miami, I work with athletes both locally and remotely to build thoughtful partnerships, shape strategic opportunities, and create long-term brand positioning rooted in authenticity.
